Bio
Mark Jennings is an accomplished real estate developer with 40 years of experience in growth, management, and leadership of vertically integrated construction organizations. He has developed in excess of 4,000 residential lots and built over 3,500 single-family homes. He is a visionary leader believing that a commitment to a strong organizational culture and quality of production are the cornerstones to success.
Mark attended the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia where he studied Administration and Management. He has served the last 20 years on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Athens, is a 14 year chairman for the Boys and Girls Club of Athens and is currently serving as a UGA Foundation Trustee at the University of Georgia.
Jennings is also the Founder of Athens Construction Group, a premier home builder in both Oconee County and the Athens area, with 5 active developments.
