With over 24 years of experience, Brian Lu has developed over five million square feet of projects with a combined valuation of over $2 billion. He has experience in numerous asset classes including mixed-use master development, office, for sale and for rent multifamily, retail, hotel, and historical urban rehab.

Brian currently leads the development efforts for The Leaven Group.

Brian graduated from Georgia Tech with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree and is currently serving on the board of the Georgia Tech School of Civil and Environmental Engineering. He is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
